T2 Entertainment
T2 Entertainment is een onafhankelijke muziek- en entertainment maatschappij met een sterke positie in de Benelux.
Deze unieke positie is verkregen door een samenwerking tussen T2 Entertainment en T2 Trading met directe toegang tot alle traditionele en non-traditionele outlets in de Benelux. Daarnaast exporteert T2 Entertainment naar ongeveer 20 landen, binnen en buiten Europa.
T2 Entertainment ontwikkelt content op het gebied van zowel frontline als premium product; deze producten worden nationaal en internationaal aangeboden. Daarnaast geeft T2 Entertainment producten uit op licentie basis; op het gebied van muziek, documentaires, televisieseries etc.
Voor de ontwikkeling, marketing en verkoop van deze diversiteit aan producten werkt T2 Entertainment met een eigen team van specialisten op het gebied van uitgeven, marketing en promotie.
Pink Records
Als onderdeel van T2 Entertainment verzorgt Pink Records de algehele Sales & Distributie voor T2 Entertainment, maar ook voor een groot aantal derdenlabels. Onderdeel van de strategie is dat alle outlets fysiek worden bezocht om maximale focus op de verkoop te houden. Daarnaast vindt exploitatie plaats middels tele-sales, internet-sales, en digitale verkopen. Pink Records is binnen de markt gespecialiseerd in deze segmenten op het gebied van Sales & Distributie.
T2 Trading
Dit bedrijf richt zich volledig op de non traditionele markt binnen de Benelux en Duitsland. Als maatschappij biedt T2 Trading zowel full price product als speciale producten (en acties) aan op het gebied van muziek, home video en boeken. Door intensieve samenwerking met majors en independents heeft T2 Trading directe toegang tot alle belangrijke spelers in de retail branche.
Samenwerking
T2 hanteert verschillende businessmodellen voor samenwerking met derden, zodat een maximale service kan worden verleend.
* Distributie
Voor fysieke distributie via Pink Records wordt een procentueel tarief berekend over de verkopen. Goederen worden opgeslagen en Pink Records kan tevens voor de klant factureren.
* Sales & Distributie
Het verkoopteam van Pink Records verzorgt de volledige Sales & Distributie middels verkoopbezoeken aan alle ketens, Media Markten en onafhankelijke winkels, zowel in Nederland als in België. Van elk binnengekomen product worden digitale en fysieke sale sheets gemaakt die aan alle prospects worden verzonden. Indien promotie gewenst is kan dit verdisconteerd worden in het percentage voor Sales & Distributie.
* Licentieovereenkomst
T2 sluit een licentie af waarbij de gehele exploitatie voor haar rekening komt. Van de gerealiseerde verkopen wordt aan artiest en/of labeleigenaar het overeengekomen percentage uitgekeerd. T2 zorgt in dat geval zelf voor de gehele productie en vormgeving van de fysieke producten.
* Joint Venture
In een Joint Venture overeenkomst delen partijen zowel de kosten als de opbrengsten. Voor dit doel wordt binnen T2 een separate en transparante boekhouding bijgehouden.
* Artiestenovereenkomst
T2 contracteert een artiest en zorgt samen met deze artiest voor de productie van de content, waarbij T2 de financiële verplichtingen op zich neemt. Van de gerealiseerde verkopen wordt een royalty uitgekeerd aan de artiest.

T2 Entertainment is an independent music and entertainment company with a strong position in the Benelux. The unique position is a result of the cooperation between T2 Entertainment and T2 Trading. This makes direct access possible to all traditional and non-traditional outlets in the Benelux. T2 exports to approximately 20 countries within and outside Europe.
T2 Entertainment develops frontline product and premium product. These products are sold national and international. T2 publishes also products (music, documentaries, television series) on a license base.
For Product development, Marketing and Sales, T2 Entertainment has its own team of specialists in Publishing, Marketing and promotion and of course Sales.
Pink Records
As a part of T2, Pink Records handles Sales & Distribution for T2 Entertainment, and also represents a large number of both national and international labels and artists in the Benelux. The company is well known as a reliable and flexible partner in distributing product, directly to every shop within the territory. Pink Records successfully represents over 50 labels with over 6.000 titles in the Benelux. Deliveries can be completed within 24 hours in the Benelux and within 48 hours in Europe. Part of the Sales strategy is physical visiting all outlets to keep maximum focus at the Sales.
But also tele - sales, via internet and digital sales is part of the Sales possibilities.
T2 Trading
This company is strongly focussed on the non traditional market in the Benelux and Germany. T2 Trading sells both full price product as well as special products (and actions) on music, DVD, and books. The company works closely with majors and independent companies which gives direct access to important retailers.
Cooperation
T2 Entertainment has different business models for cooperation with third parties:
* Distribution
With physical distribution, Pink Records works with a percentage calculated over the Sales. The products can be kept on stock and factoring the client is also one of the services Pink Records can provide.
* Sales & Distribution
The Sales team of Pink Records handles the Sales & Distribution by visiting all the outlets as Media Markt, Free Records Shop, Rigu and Bol.com as well as the independent outlets. Both in the Netherlands as in Belgium. Of each product, a digital and physical Sales sheet is made and send out to all prospects. When promotion activities are required, the percentage over the Sales will be adjusted.
* License
With a license deal, T2 Entertainment will be responsible for the exploitation costs. A percentage will be paid over the Sales to the artist, and / or label owner as agreed. T2 handles the production, artwork and Sales of the product.
* Joint Venture
In a Joint Venture agreement both parties share costs and revenues. T2 will keep a separate and a transparent administration.
* Artist Agreement
With an Artist Agreement T2 Entertainment produces in cooperation with the Artist. T2 handles all the administration. A royalty will be paid on the sold items to the Artist.
